Shipping policy

All orders are made to order and processed after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery area

La Belle Maison is based in Dubai. We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, and to Saudi Arabia and Oman.

United Arab Emirates

Free delivery across the UAE, typically 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Installation by our own team is available as shown at checkout.

Saudi Arabia and Oman

Delivery is free. Installation is not included. Measurement visits and samples are available in the UAE only, so please measure your walls yourself and confirm the figures with us on WhatsApp before ordering; every mural is printed to the dimensions you confirm. Import VAT, customs duties and any clearance charges are set by the destination country and are payable by you to the courier on delivery; they are not included in our prices. Delivery takes longer than within the UAE, and we confirm the expected date with you after you order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at alex@la-belle.maison with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns after delivery, only if the item is damaged. If this is the case, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alex@la-belle.maison with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
