Roll wallpaper is a fixed-roll product from our AdaWall catalogue, rather than made-to-measure like our murals — a more accessible option for a full-room treatment.
Delivery to Saudi Arabia & Oman
We deliver murals and roll wallpaper to Saudi Arabia and Oman free of charge. Installation is not included outside the UAE, and in-home measurement visits and samples are available in the UAE only, so please measure your own walls and send us the figures on WhatsApp before you order. Import VAT and customs duties are charged by the destination country and are payable by you to the courier on delivery.
The Wastage Margin, Explained
Before calculating your square metreage, we add 10cm to each wall dimension to allow for print and installation wastage — a standard industry practice. We always show you both figures: your original measurement and the margin-adjusted one, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. If your measurements already include this allowance, tell us and we'll recalculate without the extra addition.

Measurement Visits
A Dubai-based in-home measurement visit is AED 100, collected on the day. It's fully redeemable against your final mural order when that order is above 10 sqm; on orders of 10 sqm or less, or if you don't proceed, the fee is non-refundable. Book a measurement visit on WhatsApp.

The design fee covers the design work only — the printed mural is still charged at the standard AED 160/sqm rate above. If you already have your own finished design or artwork and want us to print it, a one-time AED 150 processing fee covers preparing your file for print.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order for wallpaper in Dubai?
Yes — murals have a 5 sqm minimum (AED 800 minimum invoice). Roll wallpaper is sold by the single roll, with no further minimum.
Does the AED 160/sqm mural price include installation?
No, installation is priced separately: AED 250 in Dubai, waived when the mural wallpaper subtotal reaches AED 2,400. Travel surcharges apply outside Dubai, including above that threshold. VAT is added at checkout. The AED 160/sqm rate covers the printed mural itself, with shipping from Turkey included.
Why do you add 10cm to my wall measurements?
This is a standard wastage allowance for print and installation margin. We always disclose both your original measurement and the adjusted figure — it's never applied silently, and we'll recalculate without it if your figures already include an allowance.
Is the measurement visit fee refundable?
It's redeemable on mural orders above 10 sqm, where the AED 100 is deducted from your final invoice. On orders of 10 sqm or less, or if you decide not to proceed, the fee isn't refunded.
Do you charge more to install outside Dubai?
Yes. A surcharge applies on top of the standard installation fee: AED 200 for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, and AED 350 for Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. It applies to murals and roll wallpaper alike.
