Shipping Policy

At La Belle Maison, all wallpapers are made to order. This means we print your wallpaper after your order is confirmed.

Delivery timeline

  • Standard timeframe: 10–14 business days from order confirmation to printing + delivery within the UAE.

  • Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

  • During peak periods, delivery may take a little longer due to courier delays.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms your order has been received and queued for production.

Shipping within the UAE

    • We deliver within the UAE.

    • Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address details

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout (name, phone number, full address).
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once printing or dispatch has started.
