Returns & Refunds
Because our wallpapers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your wallpaper arrives damaged or has a printing defect:

Email us at wallpapers@la-belle.maison as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
We handle these cases case by case and will work toward a fair solution (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Any shipping fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
