Wall size. Most suppliers, including us, price per square metre — so the total scales with your wall, not a fixed "per roll" fee. Remember to add roughly 10cm to height and width to allow for trimming during installation.

Design complexity. A simple repeating pattern costs less to produce than a fully bespoke, hand-art-directed mural with fine detail — which is part of why our AI-designed collections sit at a single flat rate rather than a sliding scale.

Material. Premium non-woven material (what we use) resists Dubai's humidity better than cheaper vinyl-only stock, and is easier to remove cleanly — relevant if you're renting.

Installation. Some suppliers quote the wallpaper price only and add installation separately, often AED 20–40/sqm more. We include free installation on orders of 15 sqm and above, so the sqm price you see is close to the final cost for most feature walls.
