Your Order Journey
Once you place your order, we’ll guide you through a simple approval → print → delivery (and optional installation) process.
Step-by-step

Order confirmed
You’ll receive an email confirming your order details. -
Design proof for approval
Based on your wall measurements, we’ll send a layout for you to review. -
You approve, we print
After your approval, we proceed with printing your wallpaper. -
Delivery (UAE)
Printing + delivery typically takes 10–14 business days after final approval.
Choose your setup option

Option A: Delivery only (Self-install)

We deliver the wallpaper to your address.

You’ll receive a digital installation guide.

Option B: Delivery + Installation by La Belle Maison (UAE)

We confirm an installation time slot with you.

Our team delivers and installs during the booked slot.

Quick note
Because your wallpaper is custom printed to your exact dimensions, we can’t accept returns once the design is approved.

Shipping Policy
At La Belle Maison, all wallpapers are made to order. This means we print your wallpaper after your order is confirmed.
Delivery timeline

Standard timeframe: 10–14 business days from order confirmation to printing + delivery within the UAE.

Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

During peak periods, delivery may take a little longer due to courier delays.
Order confirmation
After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms your order has been received and queued for production.
Shipping within the UAE

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address details
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout (name, phone number, full address).
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once printing or dispatch has started.
If your order is delayed or missing
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days from order confirmation, email us at wallpapers@la-belle.maison or WhatsApp: +971 585 26 07 61 with:

We’ll check the status and assist you.
Returns and Refunds
Because our wallpapers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your wallpaper arrives damaged or has a printing defect:

Email us at wallpapers@la-belle.maison as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
We handle these cases case by case and will work toward a fair solution (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Any shipping fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
