Description

Our Floralwallpaper collection is made up of a vinyl surface and a non-woven backing. This surface texture gives your wallpaper a premium look and feel while making it durable and easy to clean. La Belle Maison prints each wallpaper on order, to your exact dimension requirements.

We understand that ordering custom dimension wallpapers for your home can be a daunting task, so we are making this stress free. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

What's the process?

1. Choose the design of your choice on our website
2. Measure the wall surfaces where the wallpaper will be applied to (instructions on how to measure your wall below)
3. Add 100mm (10cm) to the height (h) and width (w) to allow for some extra room for installation
4. Input the height (h) and width (w) dimensions in millimetres (mm) in the boxes on the left (remember to add the 100mm to the (h) and (w)
5. Once it has processed and calculates the sq/m 'add to cart'
6. Go to your online cart and proceed to payment and delivery
7. Your wallpaper will be delivered within 7-10 business days across the UAE

Measuring your wall:

Standard Wall: Simply measure the full height and width of the wall. We need your exact wall sizes, so don't forget to double check the measurements. If your wall has skirting boards or coving, exclude these as the wallpaper will not cover these.

Sloped Wall: When you have a sloped ceiling or wall, measure the longest and widest parts only, ignoring any slopes. We provide the wallpaper mural as a whole rectangle or square, and the slope is cut away during installation.

Pitched Wall: If your wall has two slants, simply identify and measure the longest part of the wall in both the width and height. Again, we will produce your mural as a square or rectangle, with the cutaways taking place during installation.

Wall with Obstacles: When there is a door, window, light switch, or other obstacle on your wall, only measure the total width and height of the wall as the obstacles will simply be cut away during hanging and installation.

Please note, if you have obstacles on your wall such as a doorway, windows, etc, please send us a picture of the wall on Whatsapp (button below) or via email wallpapers@la-belle.maison. As a lot of our wallpapers are stunning murals and not only patterns, we need to ensure that the design will look perfect on your wall and that the elements in the design are in the right place.

Your Order Journey

Once you place your order, we’ll guide you through a simple approval → print → delivery (and optional installation) process.

Step-by-step

  1. Order confirmed
     You’ll receive an email confirming your order details.

  2. Design proof for approval
     Based on your wall measurements, we’ll send a layout for you to review.

  3. You approve, we print
     After your approval, we proceed with printing your wallpaper.

  4. Delivery (UAE)
     Printing + delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after final approval.

    • We deliver the wallpaper to your address.

    • You’ll receive a digital installation guide.

  • Option B: Delivery + Installation by La Belle Maison (UAE)

    • We confirm an installation time slot with you.

    • Our team delivers and installs during the booked slot.

Quick note

Because your wallpaper is custom printed to your exact dimensions, we can’t accept returns once the design is approved.

How To Measure

Before you start

  • Measure the full wall width and height.

  • If your wall has skirting boards or coving, exclude these (the wallpaper will not cover them).

  • Measure in 2–3 places and use the largest measurement.

  • Double-check your numbers before ordering.

What to do

Standard Wall

2) Measure the full width. 

3) Double-check your measurements before ordering.

Sloped Wall (one slant)

1) Measure the longest height (highest point). 

2) Measure the widest width. 

3) Ignore the slope when measuring. We print your mural as a full rectangle/square, and the sloped area is trimmed during installation.

Pitched Wall (two slants)

1) Measure the longest height (highest point). 

2) Measure the widest width. 

3) Ignore the angles when measuring. Your mural is printed as a rectangle/square, and the cutaways are done during installation.

Wall with Obstacles (doors, windows, sockets)

1) Measure the total wall height. 

2) Measure the total wall width. 

3) Do not subtract obstacles (doors/windows/switches). The installer will cut around obstacles during installation.

Shipping Policy

At La Belle Maison, all wallpapers are made to order. This means we print your wallpaper after your order is confirmed.

Delivery timeline

  • Standard timeframe: 7–10 business days from order confirmation to printing + delivery within the UAE.

  • Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

  • During peak periods, delivery may take a little longer due to courier delays.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms your order has been received and queued for production.

Shipping within the UAE

    • We deliver within the UAE.

    • Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address details

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout (name, phone number, full address).
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once printing or dispatch has started.

If your order is delayed or missing

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days from order confirmation, email us at wallpapers@la-belle.maison or WhatsApp: 058 526 0761 with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Your delivery address

We’ll check the status and assist you.

Returns and Refunds

Because every mural is made to order and printed to your exact dimensions, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once you have approved your design visual and printing has started.

Damaged or defective prints

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we reprint it at no cost to you.

  • Message us on WhatsApp (+971 58 526 0761) or email wallpapers@la-belle.maison as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

What is not covered

  • A print that matches the design visual you approved in writing.
  • A change of mind after approval.
  • Incorrect dimensions supplied by you: the reprint is chargeable. If our installer measured your wall, we review the case individually.

Not sure about your measurements? Our measurement visit (AED 100, credited on orders above 10 sqm) is the safest way to get them right, and a print sample lets you see the design before you commit.
